The scope included the Management of the Design Process of a new urban settlement to the recently married and university graduated Egyptians, developed by Khalifa Bin Zyed Al Nahyan Foundation.The Project development is located in New Cairo area with a total area of 2.175 million square meters. The first phase of the project which is about 15% of the total project area is a residential development, while future phases will hold a sporting club, Hospital and commercial facilities.
